No entanto, a Empresa entende que, por se tratar de m\u00e9dia e mediana calculadas sobre o total dos empregados e n\u00e3o para cada cargo\/fun\u00e7\u00e3o, os resultados do relat\u00f3rio MTE n\u00e3o refletem qualquer pr\u00e1tica de pagamentos diferentes entre homens e mulheres da Empresa. Para homens e mulheres que exercem fun\u00e7\u00f5es id\u00eanticas a empresa adota a mesma faixa salarial.
